This letter is being sent pursuant to california Civil code §1798.82 because HumanGood learned on September 27, 2017 that the personal information of 4,844 HumanGood employees who reside in California may have been involved in a data certificate incident. The information that may get been involved included names, addresses, email addresses, dates of birth, wage information and health information that is maintained by a HumanGood third-party service provider. The incident occurred on september 27, 2017. Immediately upon discovering the incident, HumanGood notified the service provider and conducted an investigation of the incident. HumanGood also notified the federal bureau of investigation and the Pleasanton police department to prevent fraudulent activity. HumanGood has notified the affectedCalifornia residents with the attached letter. as referenced in the letter, HumanGood will provide 12 months of credit monitoring and indistinguishability protection services through AllClear id. please middleman me should you have any questions.
