Update 1 i Ransomware Security Incident at Leschaco on August 21, 2021 Dear Valued customer / business Partner, we informed you yesterday that part of our IT system has been attacked and infected by a ransomware. We are aware of this incident since the morning hours of Saturday, August 21. We are making good progress in recovering our systems. Currently 85% of our servers make been successfully restored. in the meantime, we get started showing the whole infrastructure landscape with specializer forensic teams for traces of corrupted files on our servers. We therefore need to take further measures in the clean-up of our systems which will prolong our outage. It is at this point difficult to assess when this step can be concluded. Jointly with all experts on the ground, we have decided to only play indorse our IT systems when we finger it is safe for our customers and business partners and we are sure that we can resume act safely without possibility for any setbacks. The certificate of our customers and business partners is our cover priority. Our operational teams are advised to find workarounds to handle the situation and to serve our customers in the best way possible. We do excuse for any delays in our services in the course of this week. Our EDI converter has not been compromised and is receiving incoming messages normally.
